Colorado's alternative basement finish concept — save over 50% vs. a full finish. Specializing in basement finishes since 2015, we handle everything from working drawings to drywall in approximately 20 business days, then hand it off ready for your finishing touches.
What We Do

Precision wood framing that forms the backbone of your finished basement. Every stud, plate, and header placed with care.

Code-compliant rough-in electrical work — panel runs, outlet boxes, and circuit layout done right before the walls close.

Basement bathroom rough-ins, drain lines, and supply runs installed to code so your plumber can finish with confidence.

Ductwork extensions, supply and return runs, and ventilation rough-in to keep your finished basement comfortable year-round.

Hang, tape, mud, and finish — we take your basement from bare studs to smooth walls ready for paint and trim.

Why Frame to Rock
Our alternative basement finish concept saves Colorado homeowners up to 50% compared to a traditional full finish. We're a veteran-owned, licensed general contractor with over 50 years of combined construction experience — and we've been specializing in basement finishes since 2015. We handle every step of the front-end process so you can take it from there with confidence.
Every project is fully permitted through the municipality it's in, under a licensed contractor's permit — giving you peace of mind that a licensed General Contractor, Plumber, Electrician, and HVAC contractor are completing the work. All trades are required to carry insurance, as mandated by the state of Colorado.
How It Works
We walk your basement, understand your vision, take measurements and answer every question — no pressure.
We create working drawings, submit to the building department, and obtain your permit on your behalf.
Full frame, rough mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire blocking — all rough inspections called and attended by us.
Hang, finish, texture, clean up. Permit ready. Your basement is set for your finishing touches.
Step 02 — Design & Permit

What Homeowners Say
"Frame to Rock saved us a ton of money on our basement. They handled everything — permits, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and drywall — and were done in right around 20 days. Every inspector passed on the first visit. Highly recommend."
"We were nervous about the permitting process but Frame to Rock handled every single step. They pulled the permit, scheduled all the inspections, and met the inspectors on site. We never had to worry about a thing. The work was clean and professional."
"Veteran-owned and it shows — these guys are disciplined, on time, and do quality work. The price was significantly less than the full-finish bids we got. We finished the rest ourselves and saved thousands. Would absolutely use them again."
